WoopChain is a decentralized blockchain platform that connects a peer-to-peer network, with the flexibility of Smart contracts that allow transactions without a central proxy authority, Using Proof-of-Authority (PoA) protocols, for creating new blocks, which is by far easier and less energy-intensive than Proof-of-Work.Whitepaper
What Does WoopChain Offer
Decentralized blockchain project built on a Bitcoin model, with support for EVM based smart contracts, and secured by a Proof-of-Stake consensus model.
- Send/Receive WoopCoin
- Send/Receive WoopToken
- Staking & Creating new blocks
- Token Creations
- NFT's Non-Fungible Tokens Creactions
- Multi-Token Standard
- Running a full node for distributing
- "Prune" mode, which minimizes disk usage
- Full SegWit capability & Bech32
leading global network 16+ Nodes 122+ countries availability.
Compatibility with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), which allows for compatibility with most existing Solidity based smart contracts. No special Solidity compiler is required to deploy your smart contract to WoopChain.
A Proof-of-Stake consensus system which is optimized for WoopChain's contract model. Any user can stake and help to secure the network. There is voting, master nodes, and minimum amount required. Staking from smart contracts is under beta testing.
The Decentralized Governance Protocol is completely implemented and functional, which allows certain network parameters to be modified without a fork or other network disruption. This currently controls parameters like block size, gas prices.
Uses the UTXO transaction model and is compatible with Bitcoin, allowing for existing tooling and workflows to be used with WoopChain. This allows for the infamous SPV protocol to be used which is ideal for light wallets on mobile phones and IoT devices.
Regtest mode, which enables developers to very quickly build their own private WoopChain network for Dapp testing, Regtest lets you instantly create a brand-new private block chain with the same basic rules as testnet—but one major difference you can choose how and when to create new blocks.
