Refund, Return & Transaction Policy

Thank you for choosing Wikiwoop Inc.(the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Refund, Return and Transaction Policy (this “Transaction Policy”) lays down how you (the “User”, “you” or “your”) may conduct transactions on or through the Platform. This Transaction Policy also lays down how the Users may ask or provide refunds and returns from each other for the products and/or services bought or sold through the Platform. Please read this Transaction Policy, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Crypto Coins Policy, and Platform Guidelines, carefully, as they set out the legal obligation vis-à-vis terms and conditions for your interaction and usage of the Platform. If you do not agree with this Transaction Policy, you must stop using or accessing the Platform immediately. Failure to use our Platform in accordance with this Transaction Policy may subject you to civil and criminal penalties. By accessing and /or using our Platform, you agree to this Transaction Policy. Use of our Platform is also subject to additional terms, conditions, and policies that we separately post on our Platform. This Transaction Policy shall form a part of our Terms and Conditions published on the Platform. You agree to be bound by this Transaction Policy when you accept our Terms and Conditions. If there exist any contradiction between thisTransaction Policyand the Terms and Conditions, this Transaction Policy will prevail. Terms not defined in this Transaction Policy shall have the same meaning as that defined in the Terms and Conditions published on the Platform.

1 - Agreement Between the Users

1.1 - All Transactions are personal to you,and we are not and shall not be made a party to the agreement or contract that may arise due to aTransaction (“Relevant Agreement”).

1.2 - You hereby, through this reference, agree that we are solely an intermediary for allowing you to conduct Transactions and are therefore protected under applicable safe harbor laws.

2 - Refunds & Returns

2.1 - You may set the refund, cancelations, returns and other applicable terms in regard to your Relevant Agreement formed while conducting Transactions (the “User Conditions”).

2.2 - As a good practise, User Conditions should be relayed to the other User beforehand and in writing. All terms specified in the User Conditions should preferably be clear and concise. The Users should preferably enter into written contracts with each other for conducting Transactions and not rely on verbal agreements. The User Conditions should not be in contravention with our Terms and Conditions or this Transaction Policy.

2.3 - All refunds and other Transaction related terms are set by you, and we shall not be responsible nor liable for any disputes, damages, claims, etc. that may arise due to Relevant Agreement between the Users. Users should aim to resolve all such disputes, damages, claims, etc. between themselves in an amicable manner, through mutual talks and discussions. If even after discussions, the Users are unable to come to an agreement with each other, Users may avail any and all legal remedies available to them by operation of the laws.

3 - Transactions & Charges

HOW ARE TRANSACTIONS CONDUCTED AND APPLICABLE CHARGES.

3.1 - You can connect your cryptocurrency wallets (subject to support by the Platform) to conduct Transactions directly on the Platform.

3.2 - Crypto Transaction Fee will be applied to the Transactions. Prior to completing each Transaction, you will be notified of any other fees that may be applicable.

3.3 - We, or the cryptocurrency exchange service providers (the “Crypto Provider”) may charge a certain conversion fee when a User requests us to convert their cryptocurrency (the “Conversion Fee”). The Conversion Fee shall be notified to the Users by us or the Crypto Provider, prior to processing the conversion through the Platform. You hereby through this reference authorize us to deduct all applicable fees such as Conversion Fee, which shall be notified to you beforehand, unless such fees are deducted by our partner Crypto Provider.

3.4 - The Conversion Fee and the Crypto Transaction Fee charged by us will be distributed among the Users in the ratio as may be determined by us in our sole discretion (the “User Share”). The User Share will be disbursed to your wallet linked with your Account.

3.5 - We are solely responsible for the conversion and disbursals of WoopCoin and not the other supported cryptocurrencies available on the Platform. The terms and conditions of our Crypto Coins Policy (available at wikiwoop.com/legal) shall apply when you conduct any Transaction using WoopCoins.

4 - Third Party Coins

Our Platform allows Transactions to be done via other third-party cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ether, XRP and Dogecoin, etc. as listed on the Platform (the “Third Party Coins”). The terms and conditions of the applicable entity/ company shall apply when you conduct Transactions using Third Party Coins and you should read their applicable terms by visiting their corresponding websites. Also, it shall be your responsibility to be in line with the applicable laws and regulations regarding the same.

5 - Conversions & Exchanges

You may convert or exchange your cryptocurrencies including WoopCoins to other crypto currencies and fiat currencies via the Platform. The applicable conversion rates listed on the website of the Crypto Provider shall apply. If you decide to access the website of any Crypto Provider, you do so at your own risk, and we hereby expressly disclaim any representation regarding the accuracy of materials on such Crypto Providers’ website.

6 - Withdrawals

6.1 - Withdrawal of funds from your Account is not allowed under the lock-in period i.e., for twenty – four (24) months before the initial coin offering or post the initial coin offering date, for six (6) months(the “Lock-In Period”). In the event User desires to withdraw funds from their Account during the Lock-In Period, a fee equivalent to forty-five percent (45%) of the withdrawal amount shall be charged by us on the amount being withdrawnin addition to the Crypto Transaction Fee, and the User will get the amount remaining after such deduction.

6.2 - If User withdraws funds from their account after the Lock-In Period is over then Crypto Transaction Fee, and any other fee, if applicable,will be charged by us on such withdrawal.

6.3 - Subject to clause 6.1 and 6.2, Users shall be able to withdraw funds from their Account and connected wallets at any time subject to the minimum amount for withdrawal being $50 CAD.

7 - Personal Data Security

7.1 - When you conduct a Transaction via the Platform, we do not store or transmit your identity or other personal information. Where information is stored on a blockchain, it is stored in an anonymized form. Your identity remains anonymous when a Transaction is done via the Platform.

7.2 - When you conduct a Transaction via the Platform, the terms and conditions mentioned in our Crypto Coins Policy as well as the terms and conditions of the applicable payment gateway or processor shall apply. For more information about such payment gateway or processor as well as their privacy practises, please refer to their privacy policy. We urge you to read the terms and conditions of all our partner service providers as well as the applicable payment gateway or processor by visiting their respective websites as their terms and conditions shall be applicable to you.

8 - Modification of the Platform

The Company may modify the Platform, provided that fifty – one (51%) of the WoopCoin holders vote in favour of such modification. The Company shall have no liability to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

9 - Changes to this Transaction Policy

We may revise this Transaction Policy from time to time, without prior notice. You are bound by any changes to this Transaction Policy upon our posting of such changes on the Platform. You should check this Transaction Policy often to make certain that you are aware of the most current Transaction Policy.
